We do not process orders past 5:00 pm on Friday through Monday morning, or major US holidays. When a package is in transit, shipping times do NOT include weekends. All orders are shipped complete when possible. If we are out of stock on an item ordered, we will attempt to order it from the warehouse. If for some reason your part is on back-order, we will notify you as soon as we are alerted. Please see our Back Order Service.
Shipping Charges: - Washington residents must add tax to all orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required (I.E. transmission is shipped customer pays to ship the old core back). Items too large for Standard shipping such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, Running Boards, Side Steps, doors, and exhaust parts, will be shipped by truck line, Freight Charges Collect. You would be contacted before the order shipped so you could OK the shipping charges. Customer must pay for parts before we ship. At this time we offer the choice of USPS (Post Office) and the three major carriers Airborne Express, UPS and FedEx. 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air is an extra cost option available upon request, providing the order is next day or 2nd day air shippable. Shipping charges, surcharges or accessorize charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your order. Package Rates will vary depending on weight and size. Most carriers at this time have dimensional weight which is based on size rather than weight. If the estimated amount for your shipment varies you will be contacted before your order ships. Orders usually arrive to your door in 3 to 10 days. If you need it quicker you can request next day Air or 2nd day. 2 day orders usually arrive in 2 business days. However it may take up to 6 days, if we have to order the part from our distribution center. We will notify you if the item has to be ordered or is out of stock.
Payment Methods: - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cashiers check/money orders. Please do not send us cash. Sorry we do not accept American Express at this time. To protect you from credit card fraud we do require that you supply the billing address for your credit card and the security number that is present on the back of the credit card. All forms of payment must be received before items are shipped. Credit cards will be charged once the order is placed. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days, by law, a full refund will be given.
- COD Orders: We no longer accept COD orders.
Refused Shipments: - Freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer.
Backorder Service: - Our goal at DodgeApparel.com is to fill every order within 24 hours of placement. If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will place this item on our backorder service. This item will automatically ship as soon as it comes available. We believe you our customer prefers to be charged for these items at the initial order time so when the item becomes available we can expedite the ordered item to you. However, if you prefer to be charged for backorder items when the item ship or wish to cancel an existing backorder item to receive a refund contact us directly. If you do not wish to take advantage of this service, please let us know upon ordering.

Damage or Lost in transit: - When your order has been processed we carefully pack each order to help minimize damage. But on the rare occurrence that an item is damaged in shipment. For damaged small parcel shipments, keep original packing, merchandise and packing materials unless otherwise notified by UPS or FedEx.
- FedEx claims can be made by calling (800) 463-3339 , contacting your driver, or visiting online to obtain a FedEx Express control number or a FedExGrond damaged call tag confirmation number.
- UPS Claims can be made by calling (800) 742-5877, contacting your driver, or visiting online to initiate a claim. Claims on concealed loss or damaged shipments mut be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Truck Shipments - For damaged common carrier shipments, retain packing slip and notate any visible damage on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Call the freight carrier for an inspection, then call our shipping department to file a claim. If shortages occur, sign the receiving ocuments for only those Pieces actually received and notify your carier immediately. For merchandise damaged internally, please notify our office immediately for return, refund, or replament.
- Although our reponsibility ceases when shipments are accepted by a carrier's agent, we will extend every possible assistance in clearing up claim for our customers.
